Mass mailing users in Joomla 1.6

Mass mailing your users can server 2 purposes:

• You might wish to send all the administrators and contributors of your website a message
• You may wish to send readers who have signed up to your website a message

To send a message to users click Users from the top menu and select Mass Mail Users from the drop down menu.

Select the group you wish to mail from the following menu. By selecting Mail To Child Groups, you will also send the message to any users who are under the hierarch of the selected group.
