How to add “Menu Item – Separator” in Joomla 1.5

Hi Joomla fans, in this Joomla tutorial we will be creating a new separator menu item.

To begin, please go to Joomla back-end via this url: “your_site/administrator” (e.g:http://vinaora.com/joomla/administrator/)

• Navigate to “Menus” >> “Main menu“
• This screen will show an overvies of your current menu items. Let’s create a new item
• We want to create a separator
• Enter a title for the separator
• You can also change menu the item will be created in, the parent item the published settings, the access level and the link target
• Then save the menu item
• Let’s move the separator up one spot
• Let’s go see the menu
• We can see the separator in our menu
