How to Add a Content Item in Joomla 1.5

Hi Joomla fans, in this Joomla tutorial we will be adding a content item (article) to the site.

To begin, please go to Joomla back-end via this url: “your_site/administrator” (e.g:http://vinaora.com/joomla/administrator/)

• Navigate to “Content” -> “Article Manager“
• Let’s create a new item
• Enter a title for the article
• We’ll set it to show on the frontpage
• Then select the section and category
• Enter your content
• If you wish to insert an image, pagebreak or read more link you can use these buttons
• There are also a number of parameters than can be changed
• We’ll add some keywords for the article
• Let’s save the article
• We can see the article has been saged and is showing on the frontpage. Let’s go look
• We can see our article
